Join the Downtown Y and the YMCA at the Heights for their Penguin Challenge
Get in 25 workouts by January 31st and win a t-shirt!
The guidelines are as follows:
• Must be completed at the Downtown YMCA or The YMCA at the Heights
• Can include weight training, swimming, cycling classes, etc.
• You may only receive credit for one workout per day
• A workout must be at least 30 minutes
Register by writing your name on the tracking sheets in one of the following areas: Wellness Center, Aquatics, or Group Cycling Studio. You may workout in multiple areas, but please keep track of your workouts in one area. Receive your sticker for the tracking chart from a YMCA staff member once your workout has been completed.
And keep a look out for "Slide Days" where you can earn extra points!
