FAB Fitness, Abs and Buns
The class will start with Fitness and work our way down to our Abs and Buns, during which you will learn how to accelerate attaining your goals as well as how to keep your shape once you succeed.
A form of conditioning combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance. For beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness levels.

Burn and Tone
The purpose of this class is to get your heart rate up, burn some calories, and then tone your muscles. We move around the facility in this class- on the track, in the wellness center, or the multipurpose room.
This class mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
Challenge yourself with this class that will increase muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. No fancy choreography, just skills, and drills that will increase your speed, agility, strength, and stamina.
This class combines body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one unique calorie-burning, strength training class.

Rock Steady Boxing gives people with Parkinson’s Disease hope. The program enables people with Parkinson’s Disease to
fight their illness by providing non-contact boxing fitness classes that improve their quality of life.
