Shake up your boring cardio and core routines and see if you can last all 8 rounds with our trainers. These classes will increase muscle tone, agility, stamina, and coordination while building strength and power. Members must bring their own gloves. 

Circuit Training 

An intense workout for all muscle groups. This class uses several fitness stations to be performed in a circuit.

Boot Camp

This class mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
