Our inspiring instructors will lead the class on a journey through mixed terrains (hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training) to the rhythm of powerful music. By increasing or decreasing tension on the bike, you control the intensity of your ride, making this class suitable for both new and experienced riders.

Tour De Spin
This class will simulate the Tour de France type of ride with tempo, sprint, rolling hills, and mountain stages designed to work your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds.
Upbeat energy packed class with your favorite top 40 hits. Dynamic ride to include intervals, climbs, fast flats, drills, and ladders. The variety will make your ride fly by. Class ends with 7-8 minutes of yoga (off bike) core strength and stretch.
Cycle & Sculpt
This class is split in half; the first half is spent working on the bike and the second half of the class you will be doing strength training exercises to work on your muscular strength and endurance.
Spivi Cycling at the Coffman YMCA
Spivi is an interactive simulator system that runs professional indoor cycling sessions while providing real-time performance analysis. Reserve your bike, create an account, and compete with your class on a massive TV screen.
This class is a high-intensity workout performed on stationary bikes and is designed to promote cardiovascular health and increase stamina.
This cycling class is designed for members ages 50 & Up. This workout is performed on stationary bicycles. Class size is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis. Cycle passes are issued at the front desk.
