EMPOWERING WOMEN, DISCOVERING YOURSELF, SHARING THE JOURNEY
Are you looking for a community of women to help you learn about and fall in love with an active lifestyle? This six-week program is designed for women new to exercise and looking to lose at least 20 pounds as part of their journey to fill in the blank and discover who they are becoming.
The program includes a variety of competitions within the group, workshops on wellness topics throughout the program and encouragement to help you create and discover a healthy lifestyle as part of who you are. Registration for the “I AM MORE.” program opens December 1st. Interviews will take place before the launch of the program in January. The cost of the program is $200 and is limited to 12 participants.
Taking place every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 am, starting January 8th for six weeks, I AM MORE is a program unlike any other. If you have 20lbs to lose and are new to exercise this program is for you.
I AM MORE is a program with intention and focuses on total well-being. You will be learning to create a healthier lifestyle, build new relationships and learn about resources that will help you succeed beyond this six-week program.
Each class will start off with “group” where each participant will say or talk about something positive about themselves. There will be stretching and dynamic movement component. The workout will be in small circuits or in two-person teams to build comradery. Journal writing, simple nutrition, and mind-body awareness stretching will round out each class along with you leaving with a positive to start your day. There will also be a closed FB group for support during the session. Interviews begin the week of December 18th and are open to 12 lucky women that meet the criteria. Cost is $200. ($50 deposit when register to reserve your spot) $150 due at the start of the program.
