Parents Night Out & Movie Nights

Parents can enjoy a night out to themselves while their children have fun in a safe and secure environment. 

Please bring a swimsuit and towel for children ages 5 – 12 as they can swim with parental permission. (Varies by branch) Pizza and a drink will be served for dinner. (Varies by branch) Depending on the evening activities, Wee Kids and non-swimmers will spend portions of the evening playing in the nursery.  We will play games and activities in the basketball gym, so everyone should wear gym shoes!

WHERE: Coffman YMCA, Fairborn YMCA, Preble County YMCA, West Carrollton YMCA, Xenia YMCA, YMCA at the Heights

COFFMAN DETAILS: Ages 6 weeks to 10 years old are accepted. The Playland and mat room will be open for the kids to enjoy as well. No swimming. No pizza, but a snack is provided.

Y AT THE HEIGHTS DETAILS: Ages 6 weeks-12 with different activities depending on the age group! Kids 6 weeks - age 3 will stay in Child Watch. Kids aged 6-12 will have different stations they attend, the gym, tunnels, games, and activities! Ages 4-5 will venture out for a bit to the stations but do not go to the pool. Each Parent's Night Out we'll show a move at the end of the night. All kids get pizza, snacks, and a drink!
 

Youth Popcorn and a Movie:

In addition to the popcorn and a movie, we provide snacks, drinks, and coloring pages.  Wear your favorite pajamas and bring your blanket and pillow to settle in for a comfortable evening.  The movie is for children ages 4 – 10.

Kids Night Out at Camp Kern:

This is a great chance to get the kids back to Camp to enjoy a quick round of all the traditional activities! There will be rock climbing, archery, night hikes, campfires, s'mores and much more! Let the kids kick back and relax, all whilst under the supervision of great counselors! Our check in begins Friday night at 6:30pm and check out is Saturday morning at 11:00am. Breakfast will be provided and snacks on Friday night.

New Year's Eve Kid's Night Out:

Help Camp Kern bring in the New Year all while enjoying a quick round of all your favorite camp activities! There will be rock climbing, archery, night hikes, campfires, s'mores and plenty of games and dancing while we wait for the clock to strike midnight! Let the kids kick back and relax, all whilst under the supervision of great counselors! Our check in begins Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm and check out is Monday morning at 11:00am. Dinner Sunday night and breakfast Monday morning will be provided.
