Zumba™ is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, exciting, effective cardio workout. This fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance.

Zumba Gold ®
This class is designed specifically but not limited to our AOA (active older adults). This class improves balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular strength.
This class combines body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one unique calorie burning, strength training class.
Physical conditioning through Latin dance moves and water exercise. Shallow water, medium impact, and a cardiovascular workout is all part of this class! Good for beginners and intermediate exercisers.

High-intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.
Geared towards our Seniors but is open to all. Learn basic choreographed steps for line dancing in a fun environment.
