It’s Time! Our YMCA facilities are open to serve our members!

As we transition into opening, please do your part and learn about all of the many changes that we are making for the safety of all members and staff.  We recommend that you bookmark this page and come back often to receive our most current updates.

As we prepare to reopen our YMCA facilities on May 26th , the YMCA of Greater Dayton is implementing safety protocols in an effort to reduce the health risks for members, staff and other visitors to our facility. See the link below for more details.

Fitness Center Reservations

Branch Hours

(Through June 30th)

Monday–Friday:  5am–8pm
Saturday: 7am–6pm
Sunday: CLOSED

*All branches from 8am–10:30am are reserved for members ages 55+ ONLY

Group Exercise Classes

(Starting June 1)

Group Exercise Classes are to be a maximum of 45 minutes in length and with 30 minutes of cleaning time scheduled between each class offering.

Pool Reopening

(Starting June 1)

Monday–Friday: 6am to 7pm
Saturdays: 7am to 5pm

• Competition Pool is to be open for Lap Swim Only

• Therapy Pool is CLOSED

• Showers are not available at this time

• All Lap Lane use by members will require a reservation

Temperature Checks

All members will have their temperature taken prior to check in, and staff will also receive daily temperature checks.

Wipe Down Equipment

Use the cleaning materials provided. Wipe equipment before and after your workout.

Keep Your Distance

Respect all signs regarding social distancing. Stay at least six feet away from others wherever possible.

At times of full capacity, you will be asked to wait in a designated area until space is available.

While not required, the Y requests that members wear their masks whenever possible, especially in common areas.

CDC and state guidelines encourage seniors and other vulnerable populations to stay home.

We are unable to provide Child Watch services at this time. Space inside the facility is extremely limited.
