Finding what fits each person is important and what kind of training style they find fun and enjoyable. Fitness is a lifestyle change, it doesn't happen overnight, but with consistency and motivation, over time results will appear.
My Passion for Fitness:
I love helping people and it brings me happiness knowing I can help others reach their fitness goals. I myself had to hit rock bottom to realize something had to change, not only for my appearance but my health as well. I want to be able to help guide people in the right direction of becoming happy and healthy.
My Proudest Moment with a Client:
My current group training class has been with me for about 8 weeks now and the amount of progress I have seen just within 2 months has been amazing. Run times are faster, their push ups and sit ups have increased within a minute.
Favorite Training Tool:
I honestly don't have a favorite! Any tool that will cater to each person need is my favorite.
