We’re excited to introduce the YMCA Member App, powered by Familyworks – built to help you stay connected to everything you love about the Y. This app was designed with our members in mind – whether you're staying active, connecting with your community, or coordinating family schedules, the Y is now just a tap away.
What You Can Do with the App:
With the Y’s mobile app, everything you need is right at your fingertips. Check in quickly and easily with your family barcode, explore and register for programs and classes, track your wellness goals, and stay up to date with real-time schedules, events, and branch announcements.
You can also make your Y experience more rewarding with Challenges, Quests, and Rewards. Complete activities, earn points, level up, climb the leaderboard, and unlock rewards along the way. Whether you’re working out, trying something new, connecting with your community, or spending time with family, the app gives you even more ways to stay engaged and make the most of your Y membership.

I’m having trouble with downloading and logging into my app. What should I do?
If you are having trouble logging into the YMCA Mobile App, please remember:
- The email address for your account on the YMCA Mobile App is the SAME email address used in your Amilia account.
- When you attempt to sign in, a unique verification code will be sent to your email address that needs to be entered into the app in order to complete the sign in process.
I’m experiencing an issue or found a bug. How do I report it?

When do my challenge and quest points expire?
ALL points EXPIRE on January 1st of each year.
At the beginning of each calendar year, ALL MEMBERS restart the challenge and quest process at LEVEL 1.
