Whether it's a triathlon, trail run, or road race, it's time to let it all out and race toward the finish line for a personal best time or just your first race. Proceeds from most events support financial assistance to low-income individuals and families through our YMCA Annual Campaign.

Saturday, April 18th | Race Begins at 8:30 AM
Open to Ages 7+
Lace up your running shoes and aim for a photo finish in the heart of historic Downtown Dayton, Ohio. With a stunning course tracing the banks of the rushing Great Miami River, you can go for the gold or spend time connecting with your friends, community members, and fellow runners.
100% of race proceeds go to the Downtown YMCA Annual Campaign, helping to make the Y a place for everyone.

Saturday, May 10th - 7am
Join the Coffman YMCA as they host the Sprint Triathlon with a portion of the proceeds going to benefit the Annual Campaign. This race is great for the novice, but also challenging enough for the more seasoned triathlete. The triathlon will begin and end at the Coffman YMCA.

Early Bird - $60 (Until May 1st)
After May 1st - $70
YOUTH (17 and under)
Early Bird - $40 (Until May 1st)

T-shirts are guaranteed for those registered on or before May 1st.
Packet Pickup: Sunday, May 10th starting at 5:30 AM.
Registration starts at 7:30 a.m., race starts at 8:00 a.m.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Start with a 300 yd swim that will take place in the pool. It will be a serpentine swim. Swimmers will enter pool with chip timer on ankle. Transition will be through the back of pool area to the back of the Y where the bike racks will be located. The roughly 10.5 mile bike route will be through-out Springboro and surrounding communities. There will be police along the route at critical traffic points to direct /stop traffic for race participants. The bike route will end behind the Y at the original swim-to-bike transition spot behind YMCA. Finish with a 3.1 run through out Settler’s Walk. The route is flat and smooth and will have volunteers along the route to direct participants.
AWARDS
Timing and results provided by Speedy-Feet. Award Medal for everyone who participates and crosses the finish line. Overall male and female. Age Group-Awards for Overall male and female in age groups! 19-under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+. All results and pictures will be posted at www. speedy-feet.com.
TIMING
This event will be chip timed by Speedy-Feet. Timing Chips must be returned after the race or athletes will be charged for the equipment.

The Strong Kids Triathlon will take place at the YMCA at the Heights. Our swimming portion will take place at the Kroger Aquatics Center behind the YMCA at the Heights.
