September Community CPR & First-Aid Course

Build confidence and gain lifesaving skills at the Community CPR & First Aid course at the YMCA. This American Red Cross blended learning program combines online instruction with an in-person skills session to teach participants how to respond to emergencies involving adults, children and infants.

Participants will learn CPR, AED use and choking relief techniques through engaging online lessons followed by hands-on classroom practice guided by certified instructors. This course is ideal for individuals with little or no medical training who need CPR and AED certification for work, volunteer service or personal preparedness.
