The Life Enrichment center is a wonderful facility for adults age 55 and older. The center offers a warm water therapy pool that is ADA accessible and has three lap lanes. There are men, women and family locker rooms that are all ADA accessible. Other features at the LEC include a fitness center with Precor cardio and weight equipment, an aerobics room, lounge, and a library where you can catch up with friends and enjoy some coffee. We also offer a variety of land and fitness classes that are all free to our members.
We know life gets busy! That’s why we’re excited to provide our members with YMCA360: A Virtual Fitness option offering on-demand, livestream workouts and more. This platform allows you to workout from home when you need to, or workout while away on vacation. Anytime you want to workout with the Y! And best of all: It’s free for our members.
