Training Style/Philosophy:

Train the whole person, conquer fear and break down barriers. Our goals drive our workouts and I aim to make every session a challenging and successful experience, smashing  our goals and having fun too!

 

My Passion for Fitness:

I've always had a strong passion for living a healthy lifestyle and to build that desire in others. My passion is encouraging, motivating, inspiring and challenging people to be the very healthiest version of themselves that they can be!

 

My Proudest Moment with a Client:

Every time I see a client pushing through mental and physical barriers and doing what they thought was impossible or too challenging. A fantastic example of this is when woman who had fought cancer (and was dealing with some tough physical challenges as a result of the medications) decided she was going to try my kickboxing class. Watching her work and push her limits every single time was one of my proudest moments.

 

Favorite Training Tool:

My favorite training tool is whatever tool I am currently using to get results with my clients. From straps to barbells or kettle bells to yoga mats, I love it all!
