I believe it doesn’t matter how much you can lift or how far you can run. If you give 100% every day, set, and rep you will have a great workout. I believe in establishing a workout routine that is centered around functional fitness but keeping the client's goal as the main target.
My passion for Fitness:
My passion for fitness comes from its ability to make people feel better physically and mentally. There is nothing better than seeing someone rea h their goal or achieving a goal you set for yourself.
My Proudest Moment with a Client:
My proudest moment came from one of my clients who when I started working with him could only walk for a few minutes at a time and needed breaks throughout. After only a few months he was able to walk 1 mile without stopping and doubled his speed.
