- 125 calories (26 grams protein, 0 grams carbs, 2 grams fat)
- Turkey is considered a “lean meat” because it contains little fat per serving. With less fat and fewer calories, this leaner meat may help with weight loss while providing enough protein.
- Turkey is a source of B vitamins that help in energy metabolism.
