Congratulations! There are lots of ways you can use your Y Bucks! From Youth Sports to Swim Lessons, your Y Bucks are your ticket to a healthier, happier YOU!

Your Y Bucks can be used for most YMCA programs! That’s right—you can use your Y Bucks for a variety of programs at the Y! The only thing you can’t use Y Bucks for is membership fees, joiner’s fees or outdoor pool memberships.

Y Bucks can be earned during special promotion periods, at some of our events and for special occasions for our members.

Y Bucks with a promo code can be used online through our program registration, and Y Bucks given out at branches can be used at any of our 14 YMCA of Greater Dayton branches and YMCA Camp Kern.

Due to generous contributions from YMCA supporters through our Annual Scholarship campaign, no one is turned away from the YMCA due to an inability to pay as determined through our financial assistance process. Call today or stop by your local YMCA branch to find out more!

Y-Bucks Redemption Policy

Y-Bucks must be used in full at the time of redemption. Any unused portion will not carry over, remain on your account, or be issued as a credit.

Y-Bucks cannot be used for:

  • Past-due balances
  • Join fees or membership dues
  • Child care or child care summer day camp programs
  • Outdoor pool memberships
  • Title XX co-pays
  • Programs already receiving a scholarship or other discount
  • Programs or activities that have already taken place

Redeeming Y-Bucks
Y-Bucks may only be redeemed in person at the front desk of a YMCA of Greater Dayton branch. They cannot be redeemed online or over the phone.

Additional Terms

  • Y-Bucks are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • No cash back, change, credit, or trade-in will be provided for any unused amount.
  • Only one discount may be applied per program.
  • Y-Bucks may only be applied toward eligible future programs.
  • Some programs may be excluded from Y-Bucks redemption.
